We take everyone’s health and safety very seriously and will follow the safety measures put in place by the Government of Quebec, such as ensuring all of our attendees are vaccinated and are following the basic hygiene protocols.
All international travelers arriving in Montreal must be fully vaccinated. With the recent reinstatement of random testing upon arrival in Montreal, we ask that you self-test prior to traveling to Montreal.
If you’re coming from outside of Canada and participating in the Hackathon, plan to arrive on Wednesday, September 7th.
For Quebec and Sherbrooke employees participating in the Hackathon, please note that a shuttle will take you to BAN-0 on Thursday, September 8th, and back home on Friday, September 9th.
Attending the main event only? Plan to arrive on Monday, September 12th. Should you need to arrive earlier, please send a note to elevatedev@genetec.com for approval.
The event ends the afternoon of September 15th. Plan your departure flight as of 4 PM on September 15th.
No. The event committee will manage the hotel guest list. Our out-of-town guests will be staying at the Airport Terminal Marriott Hotel and transportation to Genetec is also provided. In the meantime, make sure you've completed your registration before August 9, 2022, to confirm your arrival and departure dates.
No. Shuttle busses will run between the hotel and BAN-0, and our special event location. The full shuttle bus schedule is now available on the website.
No, we will be serving food to all attendees at BAN-0 during lunch breaks at ElevateDev'22.
No, spouses are not invited to this event.
The dress code is casual for both day and evening events at ElevateDev’22.
