Hotel check-in/check-out dates

Coming from outside of Canada and attending the Hackathon? Please arrive on Wednesday, September 7^th, 2022.

For Quebec and Sherbrooke employees participating in the Hackathon, please note that a shuttle will take you to BAN-0 on Thursday, September 8^th, and back home on Friday, September 9^th.

Unless you're coming from outside of Canada and attending the Hackathon, your check-in date should be no earlier than September 12^th. If an earlier arrival has been approved by your superior, please reach out to reception@genetec.com for assistance with booking one of the approved hotels near the office, as the number of reserved rooms at the Montreal Airport Marriott is very limited.
