What should I wear for the event?

The dress code is business casual for both day and evening events at Elevate’22.

Where are we going for the outdoor activity?

We will go to Pac Chen, a nature reserve located in a village that still preserves its Mayan past. Throughout the tour you will be able to do activities such as zip-lining over the community's lagoon, take a canoe trip over its calm waters, cross a long bridge built by the inhabitants of Pac Chen and visit the beautiful Cenote Jaguar that takes its name from the holes on the vault of this space, which allow light to enter and result in an incredible view of points of light that resembles the skin of a jaguar. You are welcome to bring any clothes that you don´t use anymore and donate it to the people of the community

What should I wear for the outdoor activity?

We suggest you to pack, and don’t forget the following items: bathing suits, wetshoes/sneakers, t shirts / light blouses, shorts, towel, cap, back pack, sunblock and mosquito repellent.

What is the weather in Tulum?

November is still a nice warm month for Tulum. We have an estimated temperature of max 31º- min 22º C. Mostly sunny

How do I confirm my spot for Elevate'22?

Space is limited, so please complete your online registration by September 30^th, 2022.

What if I register but need to cancel?

Please contact marketinglatam@genetec.com by Friday, September 30^th, 2022 to notify us that you will be unable to attend. If you cancel after September 30^th 2022, you’ll be charged a cancellation fee.

What activities will be taking place at Elevate'22?

The Elevate'22: LATAM End User Summit includes presentations from the Genetec executive team, breakout sessions hosted by subject matter experts, a welcome cocktail, group activity accompanied by dinner, time to visit and see demonstrations from our technology partners, and plenty of networking opportunities. All meals and beverages served at the event are included.

How many people can my company send to Elevate'22?

Each company can register up to 3 people. Please feel free to forward all Elevate’22 communications you receive to anyone on your team who may be interested in joining us (valid only to end users).

What if we want to register more than 3 people from my company?

Are significant others invited to attend Elevate'22?

Your significant other is welcome to join the evening activities at the event. A proof of vaccination for both the attendee and guest will be required upon arrival. Unfortunately, we’re not able to accommodate children. Please plan to cover travel, meals and incidental expenses for your significant other (valid only for end users).

What is the room rate for my significant other?

The room rate for the event nights is 59 USD.

Can I stay for more days at the resort?

Yes, you may arrive before November 6^th and cover your room expenses with a special rate. As there are other events after the Elevate'22: LATAM End User Summit, we cannot accommodate extensions past Wednesday, November 9^th.

What are the room rates if I want to stay longer?

299 USD single occupancy and 358 USD double occupancy.

When and where do I need to pay for the extra nights or my significant other room fee?

If I arrive before the event is my transportation to the resort included?

If you arrive before November 4th please arrange your our transportation from Cancun Airport to the beautiful and new resort Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya. If you arrive between November 4th and 6th please contact marketinglatam@genetec.com so that we can arrange your transportation.

Do I need VISA to travel to Mexico?

Check the list of countries that need mexican VISA. You won´t need a mexican VISA if you present any of the following documents at your arrival to Mexico:

Document proving permanent residence in Canada, the United States of America, Japan, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, any of the countries that make up the Schengen Area, as well as in the member countries of the Pacific Alliance (Chile, Colombia and Peru).
Valid and current visa from Canada, the United States of America, Japan, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland or any of the countries that make up the Schengen Area.
APEC Business Traveler Card (ABTC) approved by Mexico.
